FREE DELIVERY FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

We know you would like your MOBEA purchase to be delivered sooner rather than later, so we offer a great delivery solution:

EXPRESS COURIER - (Next working day delivery target)

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Target delivery time is the next working day but some rural addresses may take up to 3 working days. All orders are trackable, please contact us if you have any concerns regarding delivery of your order. 

We will notify you via email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

YES! We do deliver to PO Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are happy to send your order outside of New Zealand, the following options are available:

AUSTRALIA/STH PACIFIC - EXPRESS - NZD$30
 (up to 4 working days) 
AUSTRALIA/STH PACIFIC- ECONOMY - NZD$15 (up to two weeks) 

REST OF WORLD- EXPRESS - NZD$65   
(up to 4 working days) 
REST OF WORLD- ECONOMY - NZD$30 (up to two weeks) 

PLEASE NOTE: Express delivery includes tracking service.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Each order contains a Return/Refund form, please fill this out and return it with the unused, resalable item(s) within 14 days of receipt.  Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges or refunds to be processed once we receive them. We are unable to exchange or refund used or customer damaged goods. Items on sale also do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

If you need to exchange your item(s) for any reason your 1st exchange will be delivered to you free (Applies to NZ customers only).  If you require further exchanges there will be a delivery cost charged at the following rate:

- Within New Zealand a cost of $7.00NZD for delivery.

- Outside of New Zealand will be charged at the economy rate listed above under the International options.  If you would like to pay express please advise at the time of your exchange.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, the cost of returning the parcel to us for either a refund or exchange is not refundable. If you are returning an items that was originally part of a Multibuy, the full retail price will be charged for the item/s that you decide to keep and the balance will be refunded.
