TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORDERS
All orders placed by the customer are subject to stock availability and approval by MOBEA Ltd. We retain the right to treat each item ordered as separate. Payment for any orders placed will only be charged as the order is processed and dispatched. If one or more items are placed on backorder as part of a larger order the entire amount will be processed on dispatch of the available stock.
WEBSITE CONTENT
All care is taken to descibe and present all items accurately, however occasionally there may be slight variations in colour or textures. As permitted by law we cannot always guarantee all content, descriptions relating to items for sale, or any other text content to be accurate or error free.
All items purchased from MOBEA Ltd are for personal use only. Commercial resale of any MOBEA items is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. International orders may incur local import duties payable by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MOBEA Ltd will accept returned items if they are in resalable condition with all labels and swing tags attached. We do ask that the customer completes the return and exchange form on the back of each invoice included with every order.
The cost of returning goods is that of the customer, we do not take any responsibilty for items lost in transit. MOBEA Ltd will cover the cost of re-sending exchange items.
PRICES
Prices are current and in New Zealand dollars, they include 12.5% GST which is not applicable to International orders. The correct total, including the applicable delivery charges is calculated on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
MOBEA Ltd. retains the right to change prices at any time.
PROMOTIONS
Any promotion offered by MOBEA Ltd. is to be used on it's own. Only one promotion may be used per order.
