IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?
Shopping online with MOBEA is quick, easy, convenient and safe. The security of your purchasing information (including your credit card details) is of great importance to us. The information you provide to us is protected by a secure and encrypted connection, which is not freely accessible to us. The information is communicated directly to your bank. HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Purchasing from MOBEA is easy; simply choose what you would like and purchase and add them to your shopping bag, then register your email and delivery details with a password. This information will be kept for the next time you visit and if you would like us to keep you up to date with MOBEA news, which is optional; please click here to read more about our privacy policy. Then complete the payment details and submit your order. Your order will then be processed and packaged for delivery; we will notify you by email to confirm your order and again once it has been dispatched. The MOBEA collection is also available to purchase by mail, fax or phone, please note that if you are paying by cheque your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared (usually 1 working day).
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A CHEQUE BOOK OR CREDIT CARD?
We are happy to accept payment by direct credit, simply email us with what you would like to purchase and we will let you know the final total and our payment details.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
MOBEA styles are designed to compliment your evolving body shape. We use soft stretchy fabrics, allowing plenty of room for growth and movement. WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
No problem, we want you to be happy with your purchase so you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send back the unused, resalable item.
